A downloadable Operating Environment for Windows and Android
NOTE FOR WINDOWS VERSION: If it isn't put into the C:/Users/Downloads folder, YOU MUST move it to C:/Users/Downloads or a feature WILL NOT WORK.
Anyway, now that's out of the way: AbilityOE is the first version of a text-based Operating Environment that I've created. When it gives you a yes/no answer, ALWAYS type true for yes, and false for no. You can download AbilityOE on your Windows or ChromeOS PC, and your Android Phone!

Install instructions
AbilityOE Android: Allow *insert your browser here* to download apps, if it's not allowed yet, then AbilityOE should appear on the next available space on your home screen😃
AbilityOE Windows:
1. Go to file explorer.
2. Go to downloads.
3. Find AbilityOE for Windows.exe
4. Run the executable
5. You now have AbilityOE running on your Windows PC!
AbilityOE ChromeOS: follow the instructions on this page: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.howtogeek.com/260075/how-to-sideload-an-android... - then download the ChromeOS version, then it'll work!
